Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
- Once the product is successfully delivered and the delivery person has left, returns will no longer be possible.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size issues. Change of mind is not acceptable.
- The product must be in its original condition, with no damage, and the product tag must remain intact.
Bulk Custom Jersey Return Policy
All bulk custom jersey orders are made-to-order and personalized according to your specifications.
Therefore:
- Returns or exchanges are not eligible for custom orders, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect delivery (wrong sizes, names, numbers, or colors not matching your approved order details)
- If you discover a defect or an error in your bulk custom order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of the issue.
- After approval, we may repair, replace or provide a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect and our discretion.
- The products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
