Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Bangladesh through reliable 3rd-party delivery partners, such as Pathao, SteadFast and other trusted services.

Delivery Time

1–5 working days, depending on your delivery location.

Please note delivery may take slightly longer during holidays or busy periods.

Between ৳70 to ৳130, based on the delivery area.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh

All COD orders will be phone confirmed before dispatch to avoid fake or faulty orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID to track its delivery progress.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone or the recipient’s unavailability, the delivery team may attempt delivery again.

If delivery fails repeatedly and is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

Certain remote areas may have limited delivery service; please check in advance if your area is serviceable.
