Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Bangladesh through reliable 3rd party delivery partners such as Pathao, SteadFast and other trusted services.

Delivery Time

  • 1–5 working days, depending on your delivery location.
  • Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during holidays or busy periods.

Shipping Fee

  • BDT 70–130, based on delivery area.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Bangladesh.

Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders will be phone-confirmed before dispatch to avoid fake or faulty orders.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID to track its delivery progress.

Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone or the recipient’s unavailability, the delivery team may attempt delivery again.

Redelivery Charges

  • If delivery fails repeatedly and is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.
