Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
  • Once the product is successfully delivered and the delivery person has left, returns will no longer be possible.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size issues. Change of mind is not acceptable.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with no damage, and the product tag must remain intact.

Bulk Custom Jersey Return Policy

All bulk custom jersey orders are made-to-order and personalized according to your specifications.
Therefore:

  • Returns or exchanges are not eligible for custom orders, except in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Incorrect delivery (wrong sizes, names, numbers, or colors not matching your approved order details)
  • If you discover a defect or an error in your bulk custom order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of the issue.
  • After approval, we may repair, replace, or provide a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect and our discretion.
  • The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
